  • “Products” refers to custom-printed items you order
  • “Design” refers to artwork, text, or images you create or upload

3. Using Our Services

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the services for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to damage, disable, or impair our website

4. Orders and Pricing

Placing Orders

  • All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
  • Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm your order
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured

Custom Products

As products are custom-made to your specifications, please review your design carefully before ordering. We print exactly what you submit, including any errors in spelling, sizing, or placement.

5. Design Responsibility

By uploading or creating a design, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to all content, or have permission to use it
  • Your design does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Your design does not contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, or obscene content
  • Your design does not impersonate any person or entity
  • Your design complies with all applicable UK laws

We reserve the right to refuse to print any design that violates these conditions, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of designs you create. By submitting a design, you grant us a licence to reproduce it for fulfilling your order.

Our Content: All website content, including design tools, templates, graphics, and software, is owned by PrintNotch or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Payment

  • Payment must be made at the time of order
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed

8. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

Pre-designed products: Items from our ready-made collection that you haven’t customised qualify for the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Custom products: Items you’ve personalised with your own design, text, or images are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period, except where products are faulty or not as described.

10. Product Quality

We guarantee that products will:

  • Be of satisfactory quality
  • Be fit for purpose
  • Match the description and preview shown

Colour Accuracy: Colours may vary slightly between screen previews and printed products due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes. This is not considered a defect.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • We are not liable for losses arising from your misuse of our services
  • Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud

12. Account Security

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
