How do our reviews work?
Every product carries 0–5 star ratings and written reviews left by our customers.
Only customers who have bought the product can leave a review, so every review you read comes from a real order.
Reviews are published as soon as they are verified, usually within 24 hours.
We publish the good and the bad. We never change a review or remove one for being critical: a review only comes down if it is spam, offensive, or contains someone’s personal details.
